1. Read Bhagavad Gita
If you haven't already bought a copy or have a copy in your mobile, you need to get one. You can easily download a copy from Gita society website or Hare Krishna websites. If you need an non commentary version consinder Gita society's version or Gita press's version. Please consider buying a copy as it supports those press who works for printing of Hindu texts. Last month I bought few copies in English language from Gita press, Gorakhpur. A copy costs Rs. 10. Along with postal charges, it wont be more than 25. Apps might be available for your mobile OS. Check your store.
2. Get Fit
Statistics show decline of health and longetivity of people. Please exercise one hour atleast a day. It is upon you what you do. Yoga, aerobics, zumba, powerlifting, anything. Maintain a clean diet. Hindustan needs healthy citizens.
3. Try being a better person everyday and believe in your favourite God. Don't let your faith be broken. I was suffering from a sad situation yesterday. I hate being sad. All I remembered, pray Bajrangbali for He rescues me everytime I am in trouble. And yes, I am fine now. Have an undauntable faith on your favourite God.
4. Read or Pray everyday your favourite prayer and keep a copy of the audio in your cell. Whatever it is Hanuman Chalisa, Gayatri mantra, Mahamritunjay mantra.
5. Get prepared to debate. You have read it right. People out there would be saying non sense about the great Sanatan Dharma and you must prepare for it. The greatest resource for it is prepared by IITian and social servant Sanjeev Newar. If you haven't heard about Newar, you can simply google Agniveer. It is an organisation working on 1. Removal of caste system 2. Reviving Hinduism 3. Social works Check their website and read every article you get. You wont regret.
